  • Certainly,  provided you select a shipping option that includes a tracking number.  It's recommended you select a tracked shipping option when ordering anything breakable.  We cannot be responsible for damaged goods otherwise.

    Canada shipping:   All methods offer tracking numbers.

    Regular (Expedited) Parcel - Xpresspost - Priority shipping 

    USA shipping:  All but Small Packet USA Air offer tracking.

    Expedited Parcel USA - Tracked Packet USA - Xpresspost USA 

    International shipping:  All but Small Packet International Air offer tracking.

    Tracked Packet International - Xpresspost International 

  • All transactions on our website are completely secure.  You can pay with Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal or credit card.  So many options!

  • We send out a shipping confirmation email usually within a day.  If you haven't yet received the email, then get in touch at hello@yannoko.com and we'll cancel and refund your order.  

  • Shipping times depend on location and shipping method.  Listed below are typical Canada Post shipping times.  Please note, we are not responsible for unforeseen delays such as customs clearance, weather, postal strikes, etc.

    Canada shipping:  1 - 9 business days.

    USA shipping:  2 - 8 business days.

    International shipping:  4 - 10 business days.

    Any additional import duties, customs or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Free shipping is a common selling point online these days and for large, high volume companies like Amazon, they can spread that cost over their enormous volume.  For small businesses like Yannoko, it can mean the difference between a profit and a loss. 

    The most common way small businesses manage to offer free shipping is to inflate the product cost to recover the shipping cost.  We prefer to offer clear, honest pricing....As they say, nothing in life is free.

    We want to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, and stay in business so we can continue to offer superb tea, so you'll be charged only what the actual cost is from Canada Post,  based on weight and destination.  Nothing more, nothing less, nice and simple. 

    On orders over $75USD pre-tax, a discounted flat rate of $8 will be charged.  Orders over 1kg to the US will be charged a discounted flat rate of $15.

  • If you want to return an item, please contact us within thirty days of receiving your order at hello@yannoko.com  Please indicate your name, order number and the reason for your return. We will contact you once we have received a return request. In order to ensure your package makes it to us, please ship your return by registered mail, retaining your receipt in case it goes missing.  We are not responsible for returned items being damaged or lost in transit. Please note that we can only refund original and return shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error.
