If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of the tea you receive from Yannoko Tea, simply return it for an in store credit.
If you want to return an item, please contact us within thirty days of receiving your order using the form below. Please indicate your name, order number and the reason for your return. We will contact you once we have received a return request. In order to ensure your package makes it to us, please ship your return by registered mail, retaining your receipt in case it goes missing. We are not responsible for returned items being damaged or lost in transit. Please note that we can only refund original and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the tea, and you're returning it for this reason, then you will receive an in store credit towards a future purchase.
