Western method - Tea 4g Water ~300ml @ 95C Time 2-3 minutes
Gong Fu method - Tea 5-6g Water ~100ml @ 95C Time ~20 seconds
Preparation guidelines are just that. Your personal preference and curiosity should prevail once you become familiar with general preparation methods. This tea can be steeped multiple times, even when prepared in the western method. Add more time to each infusion to achieve your desired results.
